Don't waste your time. Unless you have time for a 3 hour dinner. Worst experience ever!!! We made a reservation for 6:30 for 10 people. First it took over an hour for us to get our appetizers. We only ordered 4 appetizers and two salads. After 30 minutes and still no dinners,and other tables that came after us had their dinners we complained to the manager and our waitress. Our waitresses comment was sorry but it takes this long if you want all your dinners at the same time. What! I said well of course we do so if you can't handle a party of 10 you should not of taken the reservation. After 40 minutes we finally received our dinners with the manager coming over to say that 40 minutes from appetizers to dinner is acceptable time limit. I and others at my table were in the restaurant business for years and never heard of a 40 minute wait as acceptable, I believe it's 20 minutes. One person had to drive back to New York and ask for her dinner to go. The waiter left with it and came back 10 minutes later with it again still on a dish, we again said it was to go. Another dinner was requested with no dairy and came with dairy. The manager offered us a free drink - only 3 of us accepted it but they were on our bill any way. They also brought out two orders of zeppoli's as a dessert on them. When we got our bill they were on it also and we never even ordered them!! The manager did not act like any of this was a big deal. When I was outside having my third cigarette - waiting for the appetizers, a couple with a young child came out, and the husband was yelling never again am I coming here I can't believe I waited 3 hours for dinner. Guess we weren't the only ones, and the size of the table really made no difference. Food was good but that's all I can say. Thanks for ruining my sisters 50th birthday dinner!! We will never come back!
