The menu, though focused, offers a variety of delicious, nutritious options including vegan, gluten-free, and high-protein choices like their PB&B vegan shakes, avocado toast, and grass-fed burgers, all made with fresh, quality ingredients free from artificial additives. Additionally, the manager Christina demonstrates outstanding customer care by addressing concerns personally and ensuring a satisfying dining experience, making this cafe a reliable destination for wholesome meals at the RIM.
