The atmosphere at El Che offers a dimly lit, cozy vibe perfect for a date night or special dinner, with attentive service that makes you feel right at home. The food impresses with standout dishes like the seafood parrillada, wagyu steak tartare, and perfectly cooked steaks complemented by flavorful chimichurri and rich sauces, while sides like potato bravas and empanadas add a satisfying touch. Though desserts were a bit underwhelming, the overall dining experience is memorable and worth returning to for another round of decadent flavors and excellent hospitality.
