Recently tried a new Japanese restaurant near Oak Ridge during the holidays. The exterior didn't impress me, but I've learned not to judge a book by its cover when it comes to dining out. My wife and I ordered Bento boxes with a mix of sushi, rice, salad, and protein - the teriyaki chicken and beef were delicious. The food quality and service were excellent, and we're looking forward to returning to try more of their menu offerings.
