Ebisu Sushi Shack in Seminole Heights has that cozy, homey vibe you just can't beat, with fresh, flavorful sushi and friendly, attentive service that makes you feel right at home. Their rolls come out quickly and taste fantastic-favorites like the Red Dragon and Orange Sunrise really stand out-plus the crab Rangoon paired with sweet chili sauce is a killer combo. It's a small spot with limited parking, but the chill atmosphere, reasonable prices, and quality make it worth the trip whenever I'm craving sushi around here.
