If you're a fan of hot dogs, the cleanliness of this food truck will immediately catch your eye, as it stands out among the rest. The owner, a friendly veteran, serves up delicious hot dogs topped with his homemade relish and chili, making each visit a memorable experience.

Dog me out hotdog truck in Patchogue is the number one hotdog truck around. Ronnie Dog the owner is a 20 year navy veteran who started selling hotdogs in the Bronx (his home town) in 1974 and still does everything the old fashioned style. Everything is homemade like his onions that are to die for, his homemade chili which is the BEST and especially Ron's homemade hot sauce. He has great knishs and's real Italian sausage and peppers hero's too. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed. Worth the drive to the north sunrise highway service road before Nicolls Rd. I give Ronnie Dog & his food 5 🌟.

I've been eating hotdogs at Ronnie Dogs Dog Me Out hotdog truck on Sunrise Highway in Patchogue for over 18 years now and all I can say if Ronnie Dog is not open then I won't go anywhere else, because NOBODY can stand next to Ronnie's hotdogs. In short Dog Me Out is SIMPLY The Best. I give Ronnie 5 stars all the way. He has homemade onions so delicious & his chili and homemade hot stuff he makes are amazing. Everything is Fresh everyday ! Yum, yum!!!!! 5 stars.

If you're a fan of classic hot dogs, this food truck is a must-visit. The owner is a super friendly guy who offers delicious knishes and homemade relishes. The truck is always impeccably clean, and the hot dogs are consistently fresh and tasty.
