Back when this joint was Bolinis, I was a regular, and despite the name change-apparently due to some messy divorce drama-the wood-fired pizzas still hit the same delicious notes with that perfect thin, crispy crust. The atmosphere leans toward casual family-style dining with long communal tables, where the friendly staff hustles to keep things moving, and trust me, the truffle pizza and carbonara are absolute showstoppers worth savoring.
