OMG, P-Dilly's is a great little shop with the best cupcakes in Cookeville. The friendly staff always greets us warmly, making us feel right at home. With a variety of flavors to try, like Butterscotch Kiss and Salted Caramel, each cupcake is excellent and worth the visit. Plus, they offer gluten-free options and take care to address any concerns about cross-contamination, showing they truly care about their customers' needs.
