Showing up around sunset on a Sunday without a reservation meant a cozy spot at the indoor bar all to myself, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the Space Needle and city skyline in all their glowing glory. The cocktails were creative and packed with flavor, each sip worth the splurge for the ambiance alone, and the friendly bartenders made the experience even more enjoyable.
