This is the first review I have ever wrote. My experience was terrible, from being served raw chicken or not having the first three this that I order available. The only saving grace was that the waitress was very helpful and understanding. Never going back!

Since it's opening, Have been to The Big Easy at least 4 times now -- for Happy Hour -- and have yet to be disappointed in the food, or the service or the servers. We always sit outside, and have tried just about every one of their Happy Hour specials. So much more upscale food than any other happy hour around. Had amazing mussels today, served by a young man - Shawn- who was also amazing. Sooo polite, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We will surely return, probably several more times during this two week vacation in OC. And hope to have Shawn as our server ! Bunny and Buddy
