Don’t believe the hype! Service is awful food looks nothing like the photos. They give you what they want you to have!
Who ever the owner of this Resturant is needs to be made aware of the character and integrity of their staff. I placed an order on line Friday evening for pick up on Saturday at 5:00pm when I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes for them to prepare my order. I had already payed for it in advance on line the day before. The purpose of a scheduled pre paid order is for the order to be ready when you arrive. I ordered 2 catfish, a slab of ribs, 1 Dino bone, 2 baked beans, 2 collards, 2 Mack & cheese. When I get my order. I get to the car I checked my order and most of the order was wrong. What made it so bad is they stapled the receipt to the bag and clearly you see everything on the ticket I ordered but they gave me what they wanted me to have. 1 Dino bone 2 cabbage, 2 baked beans 1 Mac & Cheese. 1 piece of fish. I went back into the Resturant to let them know. It didn’t matter to them that I payed for $116.42 worth of food on line my order was very specific. I was missing 2 collards, 1 Mack & cheese, 1 piece of fish, an entire slab of ribs. The employee told me it was the end of the day and that was all they had. So go figure they gave me what they wanted me to have. My family dinner was ruined, we don’t even eat cabbage that’s why I ordered collards. it didn’t matter that I pre paid for something totally different $116.42 dollars worth of food. Clearly what they tried to give me did not equal to this amount. This is totally unacceptable . I would not recommend this Resturant to anyone. Photos of the food is very miss leading when you receive yours it looks like something thrown together and had no sauce at all on the meat. The Dino Bone and ribs were so greasy had so much greese in the bottom of the pan.I drove 1 and 1/2 hrs for this mess it was an awful experience.
