Before Paloma's, I had the opportunity to sample Erlinda's delicious Filipino dishes, serving as a taste tester to her culinary creations. Her authentic Filipino cuisine, such as the peanut butter oxtails stew and Filipino beef stew, is both flavorful and abundant, making it a must-try. Additionally, Erlinda's warm and welcoming demeanor creates a cozy and familial atmosphere, reminiscent of chatting with your own mother at home.
