Since moving to Philadelphia, I have found the closest take-out spot to our new place. Although they don't deliver, the food is worth the extra effort - especially the chicken wings and fried rice. With their late hours and affordable prices, this Chinese take-out joint in East Falls/Germantown is the best option for delicious food that reminds me of NY. Ask for Tina, who is always willing to customize orders, and be sure to request extra spicy for the General Tso's to balance out its sweetness.
