We LOVE Pete’s! The cheese steaks are the best anywhere. The freshest, most delicious meat! And the cold hoagies can’t be beat!

I reviewed this establishment on 11/26/19. The owner Pete personally came by our facility and apologized about the sandwich order mix up. We will continue to order from Pete's as we have always found the food to be quite good. Shout out to Pete for addressing the problem...

Mix up on 1 of 4 sandwiches. They claim order was read back to and we agreed on the sandwiches. Point is our people claimed they ordered correctly. Called establishment they would not replace sandwich without charging full price again . All customers and companies make errors occasionally In over 25 years of retail management I have always found a way to make both parties happy and keep a customer. So repeat your order 2-3 times as there are no second chances with this outfit. Say goodbye to over $ 500.00 in annual business I hope the $ 8.00 order was worth it.

I could move to Alaska and I'd still find a way to get Pete's that's how good they are . also they are family oriented they care about you
