Today I went to go get Gelato & coffee with my family. As a waited I witnessed the most disgusting things ever at a Restaurant and was shocked to see this at a high end restaurant like this. A man that serves the Gelato and handles various other tasks, takes his hand with no gloves and touches the cake to move it center of plate and licks his fingers if that was not gross enough he takes a knife cuts another piece of cake and than licks the knife!!! He than puts the knife in the water with the gelato scoopers. It grossed me out and I went to the manager to cancel my order and get my money back. She was trying to tell me that I didn't see him do that and making it almost like I was trying to get a free Gelato. WOULD NEVER GO BACK! If I can see staff doing that with no regard of me watching, I can just imagine what goes on in the kitchen that you cannot see! That person should be fired for that unsanitary and gross behavior

We love it. HOWEVER a 12oz cup of coffee ( latte) and 24 oz lemonade $19.56"¦

I asked for a 12 oz coffee and were automatically given a 24 oz ( no suggestion of alternative sizes) ..: just about dropped our jaws at the " that will be $19.56 please""¦ I will NEVER drop in ever again for a cuppa"¦ that's crazy.. I don't care how "cute" the ambiance is"¦

Ridiculously expensive for the offer (just as an example, $30 a glass of white wine, the same we buy at the store for $34 a bottle!!!). One of the dishes, "linguini alle vongole" - which was an special of the night - , was extremely salty, served in an unusual and not too appealing presentation.
The other dishes were simple and nothing to remember.
The best of all was the service; the place was not full and we had a few people attending us; even though with a noticeable lack of training, they were very helpful and pleasant.
