The perfectly marbled tri tip and smoked turkey drumsticks at Snappy's BBQ blew me away with their incredible flavor and tenderness, making it the best home-cooked barbecue I've ever experienced. Meeting Vaughan, who takes pride in his craft, added to the experience, and I can't wait to return for another round of those unforgettable ribs and baked beans.

Best smoked tri-tip sandwich I've eaten in a long time. Enjoyed the service and conversation. Best by far in Texarkana!
