Chicken wings were more like jerky, too dry and salty to eat. Brisket had no flavor. Were out of the one sauce I wanted. Everything was too salty, and I eat more salt than normal for health reasons. Nothing tasted fresh. Called and spoke to manager and was told the food tastes different when you get it in the drive-thru (WHAT!?). Was told there was nothing they could do for me except offer me one free wing to try in-store to see the difference. Non-existent customer service. Dickey's in FL were really good, but here in Spokane WA, it's horrible.

Worst barbecue ever mostly fat and employees have 2 brain cells terrible management don't think I've ever gotten a order with everything I've order always things missing or wrong item do not recommend

Scary. Will never go back. Very unclean, food marginal.
