The brisket served by the bus crew at the wedding was the best I have ever tasted, prompting many guests, including myself, to return for more. The mac and cheese complemented the meal nicely, and the availability of a soda dispenser with free refills added to the experience. The converted RV kitchen was impressive, and the owner, Mike, ensured that everyone had a positive experience.
