The evening at Massanutten Base Camp offered a relaxed atmosphere with live acoustic music by Mike Davis and enjoyable outdoor seating that paired well with discounted wine flights and a charcuterie plate. The service was generally good, though drink service was a bit slow, and some dishes like the bratwurst soup and Mediterranean pasta stood out as delicious, while others, such as the sesame tuna, could use more seasoning. Overall, the friendly staff, tasty food, and family-friendly environment make it a place worth returning to for a variety of dining experiences.

We had a fantastic evening at Massanutten Base Camp on a Wednesday in late August for "Wine Down Wednesday". The atmosphere was perfect for enjoying live music by Mike Davis while sipping on affordable wine flights and snacking on a charcuterie plate. The service was good, but a bit more attentiveness would have made the experience even better. The overall environment, food, and entertainment made it a memorable night and we look forward to returning.

Spent 5 nights of our vacation at Base camp with excellent service. Our 6th night there was so bad that I probably will never return. Complained to the manager when it took an HOUR to get a beer only to be told they were sorry but they were booked solid that evening. No kind of compensation for the incredibly crappy service. Nothing.
