My wife and I enjoyed a variety of flavorful hot sandwiches from the Blue Yeti food truck, including the Rally burger, Cuban, Monte Cristo, and Reuben, all of which were satisfying and well-prepared. The service was generally fast and polite, though the person working the window was occasionally a bit brusque. Located inside the Copper Landing Brewing Company parking lot, this food truck offers a convenient and affordable meal option with unique creations that complement outdoor activities in Cooper Landing.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Blue Yeti food truck inside Copper Landing Brewing Company. The Rally burger was moist and flavorful, the fries were plentiful, and the chicken schwarma was delicious. The hot sandwiches were fantastic, the service was fast and polite, and the overall experience was worth stopping for.
