After returning to Hillsborough, I ordered the Pechuga Encebollada and Ensalada Latina, both of which lived up to my previous great experiences. The menu offers a wide variety of options including exceptional pizzas like the penne vodka and chicken parm, as well as authentic Latin dishes such as chicken tacos and burritos, all prepared with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The service is friendly and efficient, with convenient takeout and delivery options, making it a reliable choice for both casual meals and large gatherings.

I revisited the area after being away for a while and decided to order from Mariana's for some nostalgic flavors. Opted for the Pechuga Encebollada, a long-time favorite, and it did not disappoint - still as delicious as I remembered. The Ensalada Latina was a pleasant surprise, adding a fresh twist to the meal. Definitely a standout dining option in the neighborhood!
