The customer service is terrible. I've been waiting 40 minutes and they keep getting everyone else there food but not mine. The food is decent but customer service is horrible

Absolutely horrible service. Incompetent workers. Not sure if they ever passed high school. Food is good but I've had so many negative experiences it's not worth going anymore. It seems to be a recurring theme with all of they're workers. Horrible listening skills, rude, and they have even started laughing at me while ordering food(more than once!) makes me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
