I visited Rock & Reilly's twice during my stay at the Renaissance. One time was during happy hour when I was meeting up with friends, and the second time was for breakfast. During happy hour, this place is insanely busy, with a nice rooftop bar attracting the locals, but there wasn't anywhere to sit. For breakfast, it was much less crowded, maybe only 3 tables, and the food was really quite excellent.
