Arriving just after 5pm on a Thursday, the wait was about 30 minutes, which was manageable while enjoying a drink by the fire pit. The brisket and pulled chicken stood out with their generous portions and fresh ingredients, complemented by friendly service and a cozy, lively atmosphere right across from the Olympic Center.
