Not looking for super high standards or for bootlicking...but come on. I've been to this location before and there's some really kind employees, but there's one you really have to avoid: Vi. They're rude, uncommunicative, uncaring, and plainly disrespectful. And y'all...I was SO nice and patient. Service workers don't get paid nearly enough to deal with the things they see on the regular, and I was FIGHTING to be polite and wish this person well in our interactions. It seemed like the nicer I tried to be, the more vindictive this person behaved. None of this would have bothered me nearly as much if my orders weren't consistently wrong after returning twice and dealing with this person. Food and drinks being made incorrectly being thrown into the bag messily, three orders, three separate visits, all in a row. I understand order mess-ups. Sometimes people get frazzled or are having a bad day, but based on the pattern of encounters I've experienced here with this person, I don't have doubts that it wasn't spiteful. How can you provide good service when you literally hate your customers? It should never get to that point...

At this point, it's not a matter of WANTING to return to this location. It's just that I CAN'T allow myself to be treated so badly by this one individual for such poor product. Luckily, there's always another coffee shop and there just happens to be one right next door! Summer Moon may get busy at times, but I know I can always count on them to be courteous and caring!
