The sweet and sour chicken at Fortune House is absolutely delicious, bursting with rich and flavorful notes in every bite. I can't wait to explore more of their menu offerings and savor the wonderful sauces they prepare. When living in Elgin, Fortune House was my trusted go-to for satisfying Chinese cuisine, always promptly prepared and consistently tasty.
