Visiting Grandma's has become a cherished routine for my significant other and me, as we continue to make the drive from Richmond to enjoy their exceptional food and welcoming atmosphere. I was excited finally tried a sandwich here.
I selected Grandpa's Bacon Turkey Club. It was inedible.
I have never thrown something food out in my life. even my son tried one bite and said something was wrong with it It was specifically extremely "hot" and burned our tongues. As we had it made To-Go, I returned within 15 minutes and the woman who made it was like a deer in the headlights and barely spoke and offered no solution or resolution for us. So we are cheated out of a decent meal and $11.99 plus tax. I am sad at the lack of understanding, with lack of customer satisfaction on their part. They just took the money and run.
