The barbecue here is outstanding, especially the brisket, which is tender, flavorful, and melts in your mouth, while the ribs have the perfect balance of tenderness without falling off the bone. The sides, like the collard greens and mac and cheese, complement the meats well, though some sausages and pickles might not be for everyone. The staff can be hit or miss, but the friendly atmosphere and consistently delicious food make it a must-try for anyone craving authentic Texas barbecue in Pflugerville.
