Waiting through a long layover at Dallas airport, I decided to try the Italian kitchen and was genuinely impressed by the fresh, flavorful food and attentive service. From the creamy soup to the perfectly cooked rotisserie chicken and housemade chips, everything exceeded my expectations for airport dining and made the time fly by pleasantly.
