The Valley View Grille at the Ledges Golf Club in South Hadley, MA, has pleasantly surprised me with its improved dining experience compared to its previous restaurant. Despite being short-staffed on a busy summer Sunday, the attentive service and deliciously presented food exceeded my expectations, especially the perfectly cooked cajun chicken Alfredo and the flavorful bolognese linguine. The beautiful view of Mt Tom and the Ledges golf course from the outdoor deck added to the overall enjoyable dining experience, making me eager to return.
