I ordered a pork bun, udon, and a chicken bento box from Menya Sushi Bar through DoorDash, and while the food was delicious and earned a solid 4 out of 5, what truly impressed me was their exceptional customer service. When the delivery driver forgot my bento box and was unresponsive, the restaurant personally delivered it to my home with sincere apologies, going above and beyond to make things right-an experience that definitely won me over.

We decided to check out Menya Sushi Bar and ordered through DoorDash, enjoying a tasty pork bun, a Udon dish, and a Chicken Bento Box. While the food was solid, it was the amazing service that really blew us away; they even delivered my missing Bento Box personally, so we're definitely planning to visit them directly next time!
