When thoughts of Jackson cross my mind, Mexican cuisine isn't the first thing that comes to mind, but Casa Rodriguez has pleasantly surprised me. I've been a fan since the days when they were located off Wildwood. Despite being a vegetarian with limited options, I find their food to be quite enjoyable, especially their mild salsa and enchilada sauce. The Saturday taco bar, offering more than just tacos, provides a great variety for a reasonable price.

This place has great food literally best quality Mexican food in town thats a fact because I know where they all get their ingredients from. Is it closed for good? Never understood why they don't get more business

We LOVE their burritos. Best in Jackson. Chips and salsa too.

Great authentic Mexican food. The best in town!
