Finding great road trip food is like hitting the jackpot, and this burger shack totally delivered with their hand-breaded fried chicken sandwich cooked fresh right before my eyes. The friendly duo behind the counter had me out the door in under 10 minutes, and let me tell you, the smash burgers and pork tenderloin sandwiches are absolute winners-plus, they even whipped up a gluten-free Philly steak plate just for me! Even though we rolled in just minutes before closing, the owner welcomed us with open arms, making the whole experience feel like a warm, delicious family reunion.
