We have tried this place 3 times. First time it was good pleasant and correct. The second time I ordered from here the food was totally wrong. I asked for no hummus or any sauce on my sandwiches. 30 min ride home all my pitas had sauce on them. I called went back another 30 mins to pick up the correct food and they threw in some fries and baklava for the inconvenience. This was about 2 months ago. We decided to try them again yesterday. My husband ordered stated multiple times no sauce no hummus along with two fries and Baklava. He picks it up there is no baklava he tells the cashier. Cashier says oh the lady taking your order was in a meeting and did write it down and shows him a sticky note. So now he noticed there's no fries he looks at the cashier she again said it wasn't written on a sticky note. He gets the fries asks to make sure there is no hummus and no sauce. Cashier reassured him no sauce no hummus. Guess what's on all 3 of pitas that's right hummus and sauce. I go all the way back to pick up 3 new pitas. Whatever at this point I'm over the place. But what does the GM of pita pita do she calls me to tell me multiple times my husband declined a combo me. Asking me if I knew what a combo meal was? If I'm on the same page as her? If I ever ordered one from McDonald's? I proceed to try to communicate with this GM lady a combo had nothing to do with what was wrong with my pitas. I tell her my order was wrong and it had sauce and hummus on them. All we wanted was 3 pitas no sauce. 2 fries and a baklava. No drinks no combo! Just no sauce wtf?!? Why are you call a customer to argue over something that had nothing to do with my order
