exterming rude the person answering the phone a young lady, i called to order & had a simple question about adding lettuce to an order & the young lady who answered gave me a huge attitude, when i asked to speak with this supervisor i was h/u on.. i called back to place to order and was h/u on again when i asked for her name.

the food is okay & i have previously had a good experience but i will never go back bc bad on the customer service.. the way she acted was unnecessary and the attitude was completely uncalled for.. all over lettuce

we are all working hard and i understand dealing with ppl can be frustrating and i deal with realtors all day long but just simply treat ppl how you want to be treated.. especially when it comes to you just simply placing a food order.. i've never written a bad review and i have had bad experiences at a few places but i had to voice my opinion
