I had an amazing experience with Banjo's Food Truck at Long Hollow Gardens, where the free samples drew me in and I ended up ordering more. The chicken basket was fantastic, and the staff provided such friendly service that I felt right at home. Their hot chicken and waffles are a must-try, and I can't wait to find them again for another delicious meal!
