We were totally shocked. We'd wanted to drop by D'Creperie since the first day we saw it open; however, never had the chance. Finally had the opportunity, and will never try it again.

Right after walking in the door, there was no one seated, and saw no employees. Walked around to the other section and through the glassed area we saw two women, one with a mop, the other cleaning. One came around to wait on us, pointed to the menu next to the register. The menu is terrible, marked through items no longer available, and stained.

The woman cleaning came to make the crepes, no gloves, and she turned the crepes with her bare hands. We both love crepes, make them frequently; however, their crepes were terrible. Never again. Later on my husband didn't feel good, having an upset stomach that lasted for over two days. Not a good experience.

Cleanliness was lacking both in the cafe and the two employees. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

What a hidden gem. The food is delicious. The customer service is top notch. The prices are reasonable. If you're ever near Methodist Hospital Willowbrook, or at one of the medical buildings on Hargrave, do yourself a favor and stop into the D'Creperie Recovery Room for a delicious, simple, fast meal.
