Last Saturday night, my friend and I stopped by Pho Bowl around 12:30 a.m. craving hot soup, and the flavorful pho broth with fresh spring rolls really satisfied us on that cold, rainy evening. The service was attentive and friendly, they even offered complimentary tea and green tea ice cream afterward, which added a nice touch to the overall experience despite the dated interior.
