I ordered online so they had written instructions to leave off certain toppings that I'm allergic to. Despite that, they delivered my dinner with the allergens on the food, then when I called them, they insisted that I should drive to the restaurant in my non-existent car (I was staying in a hotel) and show them the sandwich. When I told them I couldn't do that, both the hostess and the manager on duty that night told me they were very busy and couldn't do anything more and really needed to get back to the other customers. I'm out over 20 dollars and I'm hungry because I had to throw the food away:(
