Our first stop in Newport, RI was the Skiff Bar at the Marriott, where we crashed into two seats overlooking the marina after a five-hour drive and devoured some seriously impressive New England chowder loaded with clams and paired with local Narragansett Lager. Samantha, our fantastic server, made sure our bachelorette crew was well taken care of while we enjoyed the ambiance and the delicious food, including a scrumptious blackened chicken sandwich and a charcuterie board that was just enough to whet our appetites for the evening ahead.
