Pulled pork sandwiches bursting with flavor, giant soft pretzels, and cocktails that hit just right made this old jail-turned-bar the perfect cozy stop after a chilly beach day at Fort Worden. Between warming up by the fire, challenging friends to chess in the game corner, and savoring mind-blowing chowder, I'm already counting down the days until I can return for more lazy afternoons and lively nights.

The outdoor seating area provides a pleasant setting for enjoying food and drinks, especially on sunny days. Looking forward to the reopening of Taps to relish lazy afternoons on their porch, following a day of beach exploration at Fort Worden.
