I just left the Tavares Dunkin Donuts. I was in the drive thru and had ordered 2 dozen Christmas decorated donuts. When I got to work and was able to see the donuts, they were just regular donuts with white icing and rainbow sprinkles. I am not only disappointed and sad, I am extremely angry that a business would take my money and do this. Yes, the donuts can be eaten; however, this is NOT what I ordered and is NOT what I paid for. When I tried to call them to tell them about their mistake, they won't even answer their phone. UNACCEPTABLE.
