Absolutely delicious Sicilian cuisine served at this cozy restaurant in Oyster Bay. The menu features creative and flavorful dishes, including a variety of vegetarian options. Menu is unique, food is delicious, skillfully prepared and served with a beautiful presentation, staff is warm, friendly and sometimes entertaining, service is excellent, I give Authentico my highest recommendation
