The server at the desk was very unfriendly. We were there at 3:30 on a Saturday. One other couple in the dining room one at the drive up. She made us feel very rushed. We were specific in the chicken pieces we wanted. The order came up wrong. When we got in the car and got into Ohio we realized she'd completely left out the macaroni and cheese we ordered. When I attempted to call the restaurant they put me on a long hold and hung up on me. Guess now we know why it wasn't busy. So sad because the food was great and we don't have one close to us.

Arrived 20 minutes after store opened, ordered classic chicken sandwich without mayonnaise only extra pickles. Long story short chicken was not ready, 5 minute wait (per cashier) was 15, arrived home on other side of town to open sandwich had mayonnaise on both sides of chicken, no extra pickles. Been trying to contact store for over an hour and no one answers the phone. Also did not receive a receipt.
