Our family has been doing a take out from The Broken Anchor for over a year on a regular basis ... we average $100 +/- every 2 weeks and except for 2 times when things were overcooked ... we have had no complaints ... untill NOW!!!! They forgot to put in 1 order. Since I found it missing while we were driving home - we turned around .. I tried calling but no one answered .... My husband went in to let them know and get money back so we could HURRY home to enjoy our meals while they were still hot, ... the server whoever she was turned her back on him and proceeded to take care of other stuff instead ... so my hubby Yelled "HEY how about my food and money" to which this server replied that she "had to take care of telling somebody something so someones food wouldn't get cold" .... now as you all can imagine that upset him a wee bit ...so hubby once again in a high volume ... Replied "Well what about my food getting cold!!"
To which he was told to "NEVER come here again " ... WHY ??? ... because you messed up and then could not pay eough attention to rectify it without upsetting the customer further ??? SHAME ON YOU!!!! I'm sure that the other restaurants and eateries in town will welcome our regular and steady patronage much more then your RUDE and inattentive server did!!!

Very disappointed :( called in a to go order for simple fish and chips and a cheeseburger no tomato.... Knowing they were busy i was happy to wait the 30 mintues for my order. Yet get all the way home to find my burger has tomato which i hate , and the fish and chips was so Burnt to the point you couldn't eat it .. And For a 15$ plate of simple fish and chips should never be served burnt ... :(
