Deja Roux is a must-visit food truck at the Farmer's Market in Annapolis, offering authentic and flavorful Cajun dishes like red beans and rice with sausage, shrimp po' boys, and the incredibly delicious crawfish etouffee.

As much as I miss SE Texas and SW Louisiana, this truck brings me the food I remember. It is excellent and a taste of Louisiana found in Maryland.
Great Crawfish Etoufee, Gumbo, and Jambalaya. Try It!!!!
