My recent visit to Mugs and Jugs on East Bay left me with mixed feelings - while the chicken tenders were a disappointment, the exceptional customer service by Manager Joey during a last-minute catering emergency for a baby shower next door saved the day. Despite some minor issues like an unusual smell and servers wearing masks incorrectly, the overall experience at Mugs and Jugs has always been enjoyable with great food, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

Was sat at a sticky table. Wings were bland and tasted like rubber. We ordered potato skins that were burnt in some places and looked like they'd been sitting awhile, with an old French fry on our plate with it. ? Didn't complain. Didn't want to be those people, and we were hungry. But upcharged twice for wanting all flappers and for wanting to spilt between two different sauces, not being told and then when asked why the prices, workers were very rude. Don't waste your time or money.

Very busy, bartender, Kashia was working very hard. She was great! The chicken wings were not excellent, other appetizers were amazing. We spoke to Mario the manager, who took the time to listen to our small comments. He made us feel appreciated as customers. Because of the service, we will be back.
