I've visited Blue Skillet a few times and enjoyed the delicious soul food offerings. The salmon croquettes and macaroni and cheese are must-try items on the menu.

I just stayed there the first time last week. I enjoyed the food immensely. The chef was really kind. And the place was clean. Can't wait to go back.
