I Love Firehouse Hook & Ladder sandwich. I frequently go during the lunch hour between 12-2:00 for the past year. If you are in a hurry do not go to Firehouse. It seems that the Springfield Firehouse is disorganized and always running out of either ham or turkey or white bread or something. Not very efficient
in there sandwich. Wait time is between 15 min up to 1/2 hour at times. Although always delicious when I do finally get my order.

Phones out of order, network down no way to order online or by phone. Employees did not give a Damn about the situation or the appearance or cleanliness of the restaurant. Soda machines allowed to run out of product, chiller box allowed to run out of cold drinks. Prep station extremely dirty. Everyone there had a don't give a Damn attitude and were poorly trained. If this store is in business for another month I will be surprised. PS I've always loved this restaurant and what it stood for. It is a shame this happened.
