The service was a bit pushy, with the waitress constantly checking if we were finished eating, but the food was decent. The atmosphere was lively with good music, but the limited space for dancing was disappointing. Despite the crowded tables, it's a great spot for a Saturday night if you don't mind standing while enjoying hookah, plus there's no cover charge. Just be aware that there's only one bathroom stall for each gender. The egg and cheddar with bacon on a croissant was wonderful, making it a great cafe option near Roger Williams Park. I had a fantastic experience with Rosa as my server, receiving delicious food at an affordable price. The plantains with shrimp were tasty and reasonably priced, and Isabel provided exceptional service. I'm usually particular about dining out, but this place exceeded my expectations. I'm looking forward to returning with my family soon. The cafe latte from Neiba is a must-try when visiting for brunch.
